21 guns (Lyrics)

Do you know what’s worth fighting for
When it’s not worth dying for?
Does it take you breath away
And you feel yourself suffocating?
Does the pain weight out the pride?
And you look for a place to hide?
Did someone break your heart inside?
You’re in ruins
One, 21 guns
Lay down your arms
Give up the fight
One, 21 guns
Throw up your arms into the sky
You and I
When you’re at the end of the road
And you lost all sense of control
And your thoughts have taken their toll
When your mind breaks the spirit of your soul
Your faith walks on broken glass
And the hangover doesn’t pass
Nothing’s ever built to last
You’re in ruins
One, 21 guns
Lay down your arms
Give up the fight
One, 21 guns
Throw up your arms into the sky
You and I
Did you try to live on your own
When you burned down the house and home?
Did you stand too close to the fire?
Like a liar looking for forgiveness from a stone
When it’s time to live and let die
And you can’t get another try
Something inside this heart has died
You’re in ruins
One, 21 guns
Lay down your arms
Give up the fight
One, 21 guns
Throw up your arms into the sky
You and I

Back from Singapore (3days vacation)

Took Air Asia back to KL for 3 days vacation. At the same time took Anti tetanus jab as a requirement for my animal course in NUS!! Lucky me.. no flu infection. H1N1 was on a rise and I was so afraid I might get infected and brought this unwanted gift back to KL
My last meal of my 3 days vacation. I had this chocolate mocca drink in Chocolate cafe in LCCT. RM 14 for this!! Though taste like heaven but the price is too expensive for a drink like this
My dad had this meal with me. He treated me this expensive meal and made me guilty.. the thing is he had a bad ulcer, so bad that he give up his meal. Success in NUS is a MUST HAPPEN THING!! I will never let you down. Dad, Mom, Fei Chai and My darling as well my family and friends!!

NUS- My Hope

So tall and mighty!! May I become as tall and mighty as you are!! Please bless me with fantastic results!! Earth shattering outcomes!!

Arrival at Singapore

My Singapore Hostel- Evans Lodge

Finally my attachment work in Singapore has come true. I am now in Singapore! However the accommodation was expensive, not close to my expectation!! Especially the room condition!! Just like in UPM college 14 hostel!! The rental difference is 10x!! The room is as old as my grandfather house!!

Anyway got a few plus points- They do provide hot shower, a pantry equipped with a fridge and a microwave oven, a gym room, washing machine ($1 per wash) and a hot and cold water dispenser. They also provide toilet paper and hand wash in the toilet. Not like UPM hostel, they only provide hot and cold water dispenser and washing machine (cheaper rate RM 2 per wash).

About hostel food, well, they have an Mamak cafe and a chinese cafe. Food are rather expensive here!! Burn your RM to the max!!

Lastly the joke of the month, Evans Lodge is not close to the campus I am working on. Evans Lodge is close to Bukit Timah NUS (Cater only for Law students). The campus I am working on is on the main campus which is approximately 3.5km away from this campus!!!!! Luckily Singapore is a very systematic country. They do provide a shuttle bus from Bukit Timah campus to the main campus. Thanks to this shuttle bus, I save up on taking public transport to the main campus. The journey takes approximately 20 to 30 mins depends on the traffic situation.

Until then I present to you my room pictures at bellow!!! My parents spent $400 just to make me feel comfortable in this room. The money injected turns my room into a pleasant room!! My Darling bought an ample supply of food and bathroom accessories so I will not spend extra penny to get these items in Singapore!! I am motivated to work from now onwards!!!

A decent room just like my second home...

I was blessed- I have an electrical airpot and a rice cooker
A place for me to hang my towel and washed clothes. Those expensive one I will hang them here cause I saw a notice by one of the residents asking the person who stole her branded clothes to kindly return to her. Crime still happens in Singapore!!! HAHAHA
This is the door of my room. Looks like old style ya.. like in prison!!
